What we are about

The Diverse Women Circle aims to create a supportive and empowering space for women within the CIIS community. It brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to foster dialogue, collaboration, and personal growth. Through this initiative, we celebrate the achievements of women, address challenges they face, and promote gender equity.

Key Objectives

 

  1. Networking and Community Building: The Diverse Women Circle provides opportunities for women to connect, share their stories, and build meaningful relationships. Regular events, workshops, and discussions allow participants to learn from each other and create a supportive network.
  2. Professional Development: We offer resources and workshops to enhance the professional skills of women at CIIS. Whether it’s career guidance, leadership development, or mentorship, the Diverse Women Circle supports women in their  professional journeys.
  3. Advocacy and Awareness: The initiative advocates for gender equality, challenges stereotypes, and raises awareness about issues affecting women. By engaging in conversations, participants contribute to a more inclusive and equitable country.
