About Canada Integration And Inclusion Services (CIIS)

Canada Integration and Inclusion Services (CIIS) is a national non-profit organization driven by a group of highly skilled immigrant HR professionals, who are committed to promoting the social integration of new highly skilled immigrants and reducing Canada’s labour shortage. We provide practical HR solutions that:

  • Support Canadian employers in identifying, recruiting, and retaining new immigrants to meet the country’s labour demands.
  • Address the Human Resources issues, trends, opportunities, and challenges faced by highly skilled new professional immigrants to Canada, including those who experience underemployment or unemployment due to “brain waste.”
  • Create evidence-based HR tools that benefit employers and new immigrants, helping to bridge the “fit gap” and promote a successful long-term professional relationship.
  • Promote new highly skilled immigrant professionals as ideal employees, with a particular focus on empowering black women in the workforce.
  • Welcome new highly skilled immigrants as they arrive in Canada and guide them through the process of settling and integrating into the Canadian society, with a special emphasis on the workforce.

At CIIS, we are dedicated to ensuring the successful integration of new immigrants into Canadian society and workforce, while also helping to address the country’s labour shortage.
